June 25, 2020 — The Master of Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics program (MSCTL) has named incoming student Valerie Cawby (MSCTL ’22) winner of the 2020-22 SCTL Scholarship Award. Cawby will receive $20,000 towards tuition expenses over the next two years.
“I know there were a lot of qualified and deserving candidates for the scholarship,” said Cawby. “I am so happy and grateful that I was chosen.”
Cawby, a Puyallup resident, says enrolling in the MSCTL program has been her end goal throughout her entire higher education tenure. She recently completed her Bachelor’s degree (with Honors) in Information Technology and Administrative Management from Central Washington University. She currently works as a Senior Logistics/Traffic Analyst for Builders First Source, after previously managing the Traffic team for IKEA Distribution Center.
