Jake’s research interests include studying urban and last-mile freight movement, the intersection between transportation engineering and urban planning policies, and the solutions tackling social equity and justice issues.

Jake Paulsene is a graduate student in the Civil & Environmental Engineering (Transportation Track) program at the University of Washington. Outside of academia, you can find Jake rock climbing or cafe hopping in Seattle.
